THE YOGA / PHYSIO SUMMIT

Discover how to transform the way you move and feel now and in the future.

Join us for a five day series of on-demand interviews 5-9 September 2023, finishing with a live workshop 10 September at 4pm BST to help you transform your yoga practice.

Join Hannah Barrett and Celest Pereira for five days of interviews with physical therapists who treat a variety of yoga injuries in their clinical practice. They'll be asking poignant questions to help you understand your body, prevent injury in your practice and deepen your knowledge about sustaining a safe practice.

This yoga / physio summit ends with a live workshop on 10 September, 4pm BST where Hannah & Celest will share 3 invaluable concepts to empower your yoga practice.

Fill out the form to save your seat and scroll down to meet our physios.

By signing up you will automatically be added to Alba Yoga Academy's mailing list. We promise we won't send spam. Unsubscribe at any time.

These three questions will serve as the foundation of interviews, but our workshop will extend far beyond this!

  1. What injuries are you seeing that are yoga related coming into your clinic?

  2. How do you tend to resolve these issues?

  3. What changes do you hope to see in the yoga world to prevent?

Our primary goal for this summit is to deepen your understanding of the body to help you prevent injury in your practice.
